Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
